*** We are so excited to announce a concrete schedule for the arrival of MVMC’s new MRI unit! On April 15th our current MRI will be dismantled, and on the 16th the new unit will arrive. Our team will be working hard to transition swiftly and successfully over the weeks to come. Please call ahead if you are a veterinarian referring a patient to our neurology team or an owner bringing your own pet in for neurologic evaluation. We will be assessing the availability of advanced imaging in real time; on a case-by-case basis. ***

Pharmacy refill requests are monitored by MVMC staff Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday & Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. 

Please allow us up to 48 hours to process your request unless notified otherwise.

*If you’re requesting your pets’ prescription(s) to be refilled at a pharmacy/facility other than MVMC, be mindful of their processing time in addition to our processing time*
