Here at Maine Veterinary Medical Center, we accept many different payment options, including Cash, Credit, Care Credit, Scratch Pay and Trupanion Direct Pay.

Check Policy Disclaimer
Maine Veterinary Medical Center accepts personal checks for payment when presented with a photo ID under the following conditions:
- MVMC does not accept checks without a preprinted name and address (no counter, temporary, or starter checks)
- All checks must match the name and address on the presented ID.
- All checks must have a valid phone number. If your check does not include a phone #, please write it on the check.
- All checks must be signed at the time of payment; MVMC does not accept pre-signed checks.
- MVMC does not accept pre- or post-dated checks or checks with an expiration date.
If a check is returned by your financial institution for any reason, an additional $35 charge will be added to the full repayment amount. MVMC will not extend credit to or accept checks from anyone who has previously presented returned checks
